There are no transfer fees at Netelligent! You will simply have to add one year, at our very competitive prices, to the expiry of your domain name. For example: If your domain name expires in January 2003, once the transfer has been completed, it will expire in January 2004.

To process the transfer of your domain name, use the form available here. You must specify the domain name you want transferred, enter the owner information and proceed for payment.

In the transfer form, it is very important that you specify the same administrative contact email address you provided when you first registered your domain name with your previous registrar. If you specify an incorrect email address, the transfer will be refused.

Once you have completed the transfer process on our Website, you will receive a confirmation request by email from Netelligent, as well as from your previous registration service provider (or registrar). You must accept each request within 5 days or the transfer will be refused by your former registrar. These procedures are very rigid. To accept the transfer, just follow the steps indicated in the emails sent by Netelligent and your former registrar.

In general, domain transfers take between 1 and 10 days. To avoid needless delays caused by potential problems with the transfer process, however, it is recommended that you initiate the transfer as soon as possible. In other words, don't wait until the last minute to transfer your domain.
